INFO: We have just signed a development deal with Jeff Blue (Atlantic Records) who signed Linkin Park, Korn, Macy Gray, The Last Goodnight, etc. We have recently returned from recording all news songs in Hollywood, CA, and we will be showcasing for major labels very soon. We will be changing our band name to 'Damn the Sky' and we will be relaunching with a huge push behind us. We currently would like to add on a second guitarist. We are looking for a pro who can get quickly up to speed with our material and ready to play private showcases for major labels. This is a great opportunity for the right person.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be between 18-27 years old and you must look the part. Unfortunately, major labels are very picky about image. You must have great chops on stage and in the studio. Background vocals also a HUGE plus. Must have pro gear. We are primarily looking for a rhythm guitarist, but you will be required to play lead parts and overdubs as well. Our songs are played and written on 7-string guitars, so you will need to drop-tune if you don't have a 7-string. You can be in other projects, but you must be able to contribute a necessary amount of time to the band, and you must be prepared to join on as a permanent member when we get signed.
